Information |

All Dynamic Converters, L.L.C. are guaranteed
for one year and warranted for five years, from the
original date of purchase. Pro-Formance Transmissions,
L.L.C. are warranted for six months; all trans-brake
units are warranted for ninety dates from the original
date of purchase. They are warranted to be free from
defective materials and workmanship. This warranty is
non-transferable, good only for the owner. Any warranty
claims must be accompanied by the original invoice and
must be authorized by Dynamic Converters L.L.C. or Pro-Formance
Transmissions, L.L.C. Disassembly or opening of any
product by anyone other than Dynamic Converters or Pro-Formance
Transmissions may void warranty.

This warranty does not
apply to any products that have been incorrectly
installed, misused, abused or have had improper cooling
or low fluid level. During guarantee period any claims
will be handled at no cost, during warranty period,
claims are
$185.00 plus cost of parts.

Liability
Info: Under no circumstances will Dynamic Converters,
L.L.C. or Pro-Formance Transmissions, L.L.C. accept
liability for incidental and consequential damages to
person or property arising from or misuse of their
products. |
